3. Fees & Payments
All fees for services must be paid in full before project commencement. Prices are subject to change, and refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined in our refund & cancellation policy.

Our design concepts, mood boards, and recommendations are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed. Actual results may vary based on product availability and implementation.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for issues related to third-party vendors, contractors, or product availability. Our recommendations serve as guidance, and any implementation is at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, visuals, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Sunday Haus Studio Limited and cannot be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes after final delivery may be subject to additional fees. Cancellations must be made within a specified timeframe as outlined in our refund policy.
